Para la eliminación de restos de polvo y sólidos: por barrido o aspiración. No se debe utilizar mopas atrapapolvo con siliconas y ceras. El lavado de la super!cie se debe realizar con jabón neutro y la cantidad de agua caliente recomendada por el fabricante. No se deben usar productos de limpieza abrillantadores, cerosos o con aditivos similares ya que con el paso del tiempo pueden dejar una capa impermeabilizante sobre la cerámica que altera el aspecto super!cial de la misma. Es recomendable la colocación de felpudos, que deberán permanecer limpios, en las entradas a los lugares pavimentados, ya sea desde la calle, terrazas o jardines, para evitar la entrada de elementos abrasivos. Se recomienda especial cuidado en zonas cercanas a playas u obras que pueden aportar arenas y piedras. Es aconsejable poner protecciones a los objetos que por arrastre pudieran marcar el producto (patas metálicas de mesas, sillas, etc.), teniendo especial rigurosidad con productos brillantes y satinados. Si la suciedad no se elimina completamente, facilitamos la siguiente tabla, donde se encuentran los agentes limpiadores adecuados para cada tipo de suciedad: To maintain the beauty and elegance of Roca Tiles’ products, we advise daily cleaning with conventional methods. To remove remains of dust and solids: sweeping or vacuum cleaning. Do not use dust-catcher mops with silicones and waxes. The surface must be washed with neutral soap and the amount of hot water recommended by the manufacturer. Do not use cleaning products containing wax, brighteners or similar additives, since in time they may leave a waterproof layer on the tile which alters its surface appearance. We strongly recommend the use of doormats, which must remain clean, in entrances to tiled areas, whether from the street, terrace or garden, to prevent the entry of abrasive elements. We recommend special care in zones close to beaches or construction works, where there is a risk of sand and stones being brought in. It is advisable to place protections on objects which can mark the tiles if dragged (metal table legs, chairs, etc.), being especially careful with shiny and satin-!nished products. If the tiles cannot be cleaned completely, we provide the following table showing suitable cleaning agents for each type of dirt: Nunca hay que utilizar productos que contengan "uorhídrico, sólo los indicados en la tabla anterior. Especial para porcelánicos pulidos: Una vez instalado todo el material y habiendo limpiado los restos de cemento, rejuntado y cualquier material de obra, en algunos productos pulidos, debido al tratamiento super!cial de inertización “anti manchas” que se le realiza, puede observarse la presencia de una película “grasa” en la super!cie de las piezas. En caso de presentarse esta situación, Roca Tiles recomienda la limpieza de la super!cie con productos de limpieza en seco (detergentes en polvo), y una vez eliminada esa !na película protectora proceder a la limpieza del producto de la forma anteriormente indicada. Por otro lado, en condiciones extremas de iluminación se pueden producir re"ejos y sombras debido al alto grado de brillo y las características del producto. Se recomienda limpiar las manchas de forma inmediata. Never use any products containing hydro"uoric acid, only those indicated in the table above. In extreme lighting conditions, light re"ections may occur due to the high degree of brightness and the characteristics of the product. We recommend removing stains immediately. MANIPULACIÓN 1. Para desplazar y levantar las cajas de producto thinbig®, se recomienda utilizar carretillas elevadoras, cogiendo las cajas centradas por el lado largo. Si la caja se coge por el lado corto se recomienda utilizar palas de 2,5m. de longitud, y si se coge por el lado largo, usar palas de al menos 1,20m. Para evitar que la caja "exe y se pueda partir el producto, hay que separar las palas al máximo. 2. La manipulación de la placa se efectuará siempre con las cajas cerca de la superficie a revestir, con la ayuda de otra persona (nunca solo), sosteniéndola por la parte superior y manteniéndola recta con las esquinas protegidas de golpes accidentales. Si no se hace correctamente, se pueden generar fisuras en la pieza, que posteriormente derivarán en una rotura. Una alternativa de manipulación manual más robusta, se consigue con ventosas dobles apoyadas en un bastidor (este equipo se puede adquirir en tiendas especializadas de materiales de construcción). Con esta herramienta se evitan "exiones en la pieza. 3. Apoyar la pieza thinbig® sobre el lado largo y colocarla siempre sobre material blando (poliestireno, goma, madera,…) adecuadamente separado. Colocarla con un ángulo aproximado de 30º contra la pared. 4. Para el almacenamiento en horizontal, apoyar la pieza sobre la mesa de trabajo evitando así que se curve. Es muy importante asegurarse de que la super!cie esté limpia y sea plana, si no, puede ser la causa de rotura de piezas al efectuar cortes o perforaciones. Para su manipulación manual, llevar siempre guantes de protección y antideslizantes, así como calzado de seguridad. HANDLING 1. We recommend the use of a fork-lift to move and lift the boxes with thinbig® product, taking the centred boxes from the long end. If the box is taken from the short end we recommend the use of 2.5-metre long forks and if it is taken from the long end, then the fork should be at least 1.2 metres long. To prevent the box from bending, causing the breaking of the product, the forks should be separated to the maximum. 2. The handling of the plate will always be carried out with the boxes close to the surface to be covered, with the help of someone else (never alone), holding the upper section and keeping it straight, with the corners well protected against accidental impacts. If this is not done properly, cracks might appear in the piece, which will later originate breakages. A more robust option to handle the piece manually can be achieved with double suction clamps placed on a frame (this equipment may be purchased in points of sale specialising in building materials). The "exion of the pieces is achieved with this tool. 3. Rest the thinbig® piece on the long side and place it always on soft material (polystyrene, rubber, wood…) with enough separation. Place it against the wall at an approximate angle of 30°. 4. To store it horizontally, rest the piece on the worktop avoiding its bending. It is very important to ensure that the surface is clean and that it is even; otherwise it might cause the breakage of pieces when cutting or drilling. Always wear protective anti-slip gloves when handling the pieces manually, as well as safety footwear.
