In una stufa Dielle infatti, l’alimentazione del pellet nel bruciatore avviene dal basso tramite coclee in acciaio inox controllate da un microprocessore, che, attraverso l’immissione forzata del materiale evitano problemi di intasamento e favoriscono una combustione costante e uniforme nel tempo. Grazie a questo innovativo sistema di alimentazione, inoltre, l’alimentazione del combustibile dal basso permette di ottenere una fiamma stabile e più naturale, come quella di una combustione a legna. EN PATENTED FUEL SUPPLY SYSTEM FROM BELOW Dielle has developed and patented a combustion system that is absolutely unique. In a Dielle stove, in fact, the pellets are fed into the burner from below by means of stainless steel screws controlled by a microprocessor, which, by means of the forced feed of the material, avoid clogging problems and promote constant and uniform combustion over time. Thanks to this innovative feeding system, moreover, the feeding of the fuel from below makes it possible to obtain a stable and more natural flame, like that of wood burning. FR SYSTÈME BREVETÉ D’ALIMENTATION EN CARBURANT PAR LE BAS Dielle a développé et breveté un système de combustion absolument unique. Dans un poêle Dielle, en effet, les pellets sont introduits dans le brûleur par le bas au moyen de vis en acier inoxydable contrôlées par un microprocesseur, qui, grâce à l'alimentation forcée du matériau, évitent les problèmes de colmatage et favorisent une combustion constante et uniforme dans le temps. Re-ignition will thus take place using only the embers, avoiding the consumption of electricity by the glow plugs and, unlike many stoves, having to remain in modulation mode. FR ARRÊT D’URGENCE Lorsque la température programmée par le thermostat est atteinte, le poêle interrompt l’alimentation en granulés, laissant le combustible se consumer naturellement dans le brûleur. Le rallumage se fera donc en utilisant uniquement les braises, en évitant la consommation d’électricité par les bougies de préchauffage et, contrairement à de nombreux poêles, en devant rester en mode modulation. ES APAGADO EN CALIENTE Cuando se alcanza la temperatura programada del termostato, la estufa interrumpe el suministro de pellets, permitiendo que el combustible se queme de forma natural en el quemador. El reencendido se producirá así utilizando únicamente las brasas, evitando el consumo de electricidad de las bujías y, a diferencia de muchas estufas, teniendo que permanecer en modo de modulación. EN RAPID RE-IGNITION If the stove is switched off by mistake or due to a sudden power failure, the patented Dielle system will allow a rapid restart, since there is no need to wait for the stove to cool down completely, as the burner does not need a final cleaning for the shutdown phase or preloading for re-ignition. EN PELLET PRE-HEATING In a Dielle stove, the pellets are pre-heated before being fed into the burner; this particular construction favours the evaporation of the moisture content in the pre-combustion phase, thus allowing the pellets to burn completely. FR RALLUMAGE RAPIDE Si le poêle est éteint par erreur ou à cause d'une panne de courant soudaine, le système breveté Dielle permettra un redémarrage rapide, car il n'est pas nécessaire d'attendre que le poêle refroidisse complètement, le brûleur n'ayant pas besoin d'un nettoyage final pour la phase d'arrêt ou d'une précharge pour le rallumage. FR PRÉCHAUFFAGE DES PELLETS Dans un poêle Dielle, les pellets sont préchauffés avant d'être introduits dans le brûleur; cette construction particulière favorise l'évaporation de la teneur en humidité dans la phase de précombustion, permettant ainsi aux pellets de brûler complètement. ES PRECALENTAMIENTO DE PELLET En una estufa Dielle, los pellets se precalientan antes de introducirlos en el quemador; esta particular construcción favorece la evaporación del contenido de humedad en la fase de pre-combustión, permitiendo así que los pellets se quemen completamente. DE SCHNELLE WIEDERZÜNDUNG Wenn der Ofen versehentlich oder aufgrund eines plötzlichen Stromausfalls ausgeschaltet wird, ermöglicht das patentierte Dielle-System einen schnellen Neustart, da nicht gewartet werden muss, bis der Ofen vollständig abgekühlt ist, da der Brenner für die Abschaltphase nicht abschließend gereinigt oder für die Wiederzündung vorgeladen werden muss.
